2. AUDITIONS FOR THE HILARIOUS COMEDY NUNSENSE-AMEN WILL BE HELD AT ELECTRIC CITY PLAYHOUSE ON SUNDAY, MAY 18TH AT 3 PM
Needed: 5 men who are willing to become clean-shaven, dress up in Nun’s habits, and have a GOOD TIME executing June Horton’s “hot” nun dance step. Nuns must also be able to relate to the audience.

Come ready to sing your prepared song, copy some dance steps, and read from the script. -Sister Mary Regina – Mother Superior – feisty nun who can’t resist the spotlight. Baritone range and must be able to MC with flawless comic timing. -Sister Mary Hubert – Mistress of Novices – Bass (Baritone) who is second in command. Must be able to handle the wisecracks with a dry wit and an outgoing personality.
-Sister Robert Anne – A streetwise, tough character, who also handles a nun puppet and gives the the Mother Superior a run for her money. Tenor Range -Sister Mary Amnesia – lost her memory after a crucifix fell on her head, is sweet, out to lunch, and sings tenor. -Sister Mary Leo – the novice who sings tenor and wants to become the first nun ballerina. Must be able to wear toe shoes.

ALL PARTS GREAT, ALL PARTS EQUAL IN SIZE, and IMPORTANCE. NUNS SHOULD BE ABLE TO READ SHEET MUSIC.
Ballet dancing and ventriloquist ability would be helpful.
