The songs and story of the original Carter Family. The love story that made country music famous — A.P., Maybelle and Sara Carter are brought to life in this telling look at the lives and music of the Carter Family and the historic Bristol Sessions recordings. Centered around the great love of A.P. for Sara, which produced such distinctive, enduring songs as Will the Circle be Unbroken, Wildwood Flower, My Clinch Mountain Home and the perennial favorite, Keep on the Sunny Side.
